Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual) — you are not cut off immediately.

To cancel, contact us at mnssoftware1@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 86383 02952 with your registered email address and the request to cancel.

Downgrading to the Free Plan does not remove your locally stored data. Cloud-synced data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.

2. Monthly plan refunds

Monthly subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Payments for the current billing month are non-refundable.

If you cancel a monthly plan, no further charges will be made. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Example: if you are billed on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th, you retain paid access until the end of that month. No charge is made on the 1st of the following month.

3. Annual plan refunds

Within 7 days of payment

If you subscribed to the Annual Plan and request a refund within 7 days of the payment date, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the year.

The refund amount is calculated as: Total amount paid − (monthly rate × number of months used). The monthly rate used for this calculation is ₹99/month.

Example: if you paid ₹999 for the annual plan and request a refund after 2 months, the refund would be ₹999 − (₹99 × 2) = ₹801.

After 7 days of payment

Annual plan payments made more than 7 days ago are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel to stop the next renewal, and paid access continues until your annual period ends.

4. Refund eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be in good standing with no violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• The refund request must be submitted within the applicable window (7 days for annual plans).
• The subscription was purchased directly through mnssoftware — not through a third-party reseller.
• The original payment was successfully processed and settled.

6. Processing timelines

Once a refund is approved and initiated by us, the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

• UPI / IMPS: typically 1–3 business days.
• Net Banking: typically 3–5 business days.
• Credit / Debit Card: typically 5–7 business days, subject to your card issuer's processing time.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot redirect refunds to a different account.

7. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Monthly subscription payments (current billing month).
• Annual subscription payments requested more than 7 days after the payment date.
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Payments made for a subscription that was already used to access paid features extensively.
• Requests made after account deletion where payment records can no longer be verified.
